Funding is not currently available in these states: AR, CO, KS, KY, MD, MN, MT, NV, NC, SC, TN, WV.

Availability elsewhere does not guarantee approval. Your residence, claim jurisdiction, representation, case facts and applicable requirements must be reviewed.

What Happens Next

1. Submit your eligibility and case information.
2. The team reviews your request and any missing records with your attorney.
3. Review the amount, costs, dates, maximum obligation and cancellation terms in your offer.
4. Sign the agreement and complete the required attorney acknowledgment.
5. Graylock records funding delivery separately from approval. Check your workspace or contact the team for an update.

Timing depends on receiving complete records, review, signatures and the payment method. Contact us about a specific deadline; submitting an application does not guarantee funding by that date.

Existing Clients & Attorneys

Use your workspace for documents, messages, additional funding requests, and dated payoff statements. Additional funding is reviewed as a separate application. Existing agreements retain their terms.
