What is pre-settlement funding?

Pre-settlement funding provides people with cash while they wait for their personal injury claim or lawsuit to either settle or resolve. The funding received from Graylock Services is not a typical loan because if you don't win your case or settle it, you do not owe us anything. Graylock Services provides what is known as a "No Recourse Loan", you are only selling the potential future settlement proceeds and nothing more.

If you need money prior to your claim settling to cover bills and other expenses, pre-settlement funding is the best way to get you the money that you need, sometimes as fast as 24-hours after applying

How does pre-settlement funding work?

To apply for pre-settlement funding through Graylock, fill out our application form. We will review your application, request any necessary documents, and then inform you of whether you qualify for funding. Once your matter is concluded, your attorney will reimburse us directly from the settlement itself.

How long will it take to receive funding?

Pre-settlement funding approval can be accomplished in as little as 24 hours after your application has been approved. There are a few factors outside our control that can delay the process. If there are delays in your application, we will inform you of those delays.

What happens if I don't win my case?

We only get paid if you do. If you do not receive a settlement, lose or lose at trial, you owe Graylock Services nothing.

How much money you can get in pre-settlement funding from Graylock Services will depend on the type of case you are seeking funding for and the facts specific to the case. Typically, if you qualify you can receive at least $750.00 to $100,000.00. Apply today to start the process.

Can I take get a second round of pre-settlement funding?

Yes, you can always request additional funding. You can take out more than one advance depends on how much you took out the first time, and the facts of your case. Contact our office with any questions about additional funding options.

What if I already received pre-settlement funding from another company?

If you have already received funding from another pre-settlement company, you most likely cannot take out another round of funding from us unless we can buy out their pre-settlement funding contract with you.
