Broadside Collision

Broadside or T-bone collisions occur when one vehicle strikes the side of another, often at an intersection. The occupants on the struck side of the vehicle are especially vulnerable; they have little protection from the impact. These crashes frequently cause serious injuries: head trauma, spinal damage, broken bones, and internal injuries. They often result from one driver running a red light or stop sign, failing to yield, or turning left across oncoming traffic. Liability is often clear, but damages may be disputed.

Recovery from a broadside collision can be long and costly. Surgery, hospitalization, and rehabilitation are common. Many victims cannot work for months or longer. Insurers may argue that your injuries are not as severe as claimed or that prior conditions are responsible. Your attorney will work to document the full extent of your damages and secure fair compensation.

Pre-settlement funding helps you cover medical and living expenses while your case is pending. You repay only from your settlement or verdict. That way you can focus on recovery and avoid accepting a low offer because of financial pressure.
